1. Introduction​

Welcome to Hype Void. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of hypevoid.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make. By placing an order you accept these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • Products — t-shirts and related apparel sold on the Site.

  • We/Us/Our — Hype Void.

  • You/Customer — any person who uses the Site or purchases Products.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Order confirmation email = acknowledgement only. A contract is formed when we ship the item or send a shipping confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (inventory errors, suspected fraud, pricing mistakes).

4. Prices, Taxes & Payment

  • Prices are shown in [INR / chosen currency] and are [inclusive/exclusive] of taxes — specify here. Applicable taxes (GST) will be charged where required.

  • Payment methods: credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, [Razorpay/PayPal/Stripe], and COD (if enabled). Payment processing is handled by third-party gateways; we do not store your full card details.

  • Payments charged immediately on order confirmation unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard shipping time: 6–7 working days from the date of dispatch (domestic). International delivery times may vary and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping charges: shown at checkout. Any free-shipping offers will be clearly communicated.

  • Delivery estimates are best-effort and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays due to courier partners, customs, extreme weather, strikes, or other force majeure events.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Return window: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, unless the product is a custom/print-on-demand item (which may be non-returnable; see product page).

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

  • To initiate a return/exchange, email [contact@hypevoid.com] with your order number, reason, and photos if applicable. We will provide return instructions.

  • Return shipping: Customer pays return postage unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong item — in those cases we cover return postage.

  • Refund timeline: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 4–5 working days to the original payment method. Processing time for banks may add additional days. Exchanges will be shipped after the returned item passes inspection.

7. Cancellations

  • You may cancel an order anytime before it has been shipped. Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled and must be returned following the Returns policy.

  • If we cancel an order (inventory, fraud, pricing), you will receive a full refund.

8. Product Information & Colours

  • We try to display product images and descriptions accurately. Minor color or print variations due to screen settings or production batches do not constitute defects.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Site content (designs, logos, images, text) is owned or licensed by Hype Void. You may not reproduce it without permission.

  • By submitting photos/reviews you grant Hype Void a royalty-free license to use them for marketing and social media.

10. User Conduct

  • You agree not to use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hype Void’s liability for any claim related to products or services is limited to the order value. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Indemnity

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Hype Void harmless from claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India . Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of court.

14. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms. Changes are effective when posted; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
